Can H5KS Tensile machine do Creep testing? I am a user of H5KS tensile tester from Loughborough University. Can this machine do Creep tests? if so could you provide me with instructions of creep operation?

Answer

We have spoken on the telephone about this. Creep testing is no problem with an H5KS but as software for creep testing was not ordered when the machine was purchased some 9 years ago, you would need to update your existing software. Current QMat Professional Software is supplied with over 1,300 pre-written test routines for many different types of tests and to many different National and International Standards. It also has a test generator function which allows users to generate tests to their own requirements.
