We have a Hounsfield H20K-W,
On powering it up it shows a 'Memory Error'
and does not work,
Is there anything we can do to reset it or do we need to call in the Service Engineer

If the H20KW has not been used for a long time the internal battery to go flat and the machine will lose its calibration codes. This can also sometimes happen if the machine has been subjected to large mains spikes or airborne interference. There is a simple procedure to reset the machine calibration codes which the help desk at Tinius Olsen can email to you.
