Dear Team

We are one of user Hounsfiel Tearing Machine, and want to use for ASTM D 5587 : Tearing trapezoid,
We have set the tearing length for 2.593 inches, however, the machine can only break until 6mm (0.25in)

What is the solution?
Kindly need your help to solve our problem
