Thank you for your question.

Normally you would take out the wdge sets fitted with crooshatch faces for flats and replace them with wedge sets fitted with Vee faces. if you just want to change the actual faces, normally you would put the same screws back in that you take out. if you have lost or mislaid the screws, our helpdesk should be able to help you.
