At Tinius Olsen we have drawn on our long standing experience providing retro fits for hydraulic materials testing machines to broaden our technology range with two new very cost effective packages for compression testing machines;

1. The Tinius Olsen ECO head reference TO-30235-ECO - this simple digital head and pressure transducer is available for under $600, battery backed for remote use 8 hours of testing off line, on in a portable lab.
2. The Tinius Olsen EDI head reference TO 30235- DG - a level up from our ECO head, the EDI unit comes with all the features you expect; pace rate indicator, multi measurement unit base kgf, lbf, kN, peak force and peak stress displayed values, 500 results storage, standard printer output, detailing test parameters, results table, statistics mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum, RS232 output for easy results data download.

These systems complement the existing Tinius Olsen’s SR01, SR02 and 602 retro fit packages, all of which can be configurated with replacement pump options. Typical examples;

• DG head refits for Forney, Test Mark, ELE, Controls, Humbolt.
• SR01 and SR02 refits for Baldwin’s, Satech’s, Instron, ATS.
